The following ingredients are enough for a cake large enough for eight to ten people. So, in case you are expecting more guests, you may want to increase the amounts slightly. – 4 eggs

\n– 250 g philadelphia
\n– 300 g flour
\n– 2 lemons
\n– 16 g baking powder for cakes
\n– 3 tablespoons seed oil <\/p>\n

Lemon and Philadelphia Cake Procedure<\/h3>\n

It’s time to get down to preparation, starting with getting all the ingredients together. Place them on the kitchen counter and weigh them already in advance, so the whole process will be much quicker and easier. The first thing to do is to take care of the lemons<\/strong>. You will need to squeeze the juice from both, remembering to grate the zest from one of them. Separately, in a fairly large bowl, crack open the eggs and add the sugar. Whisk until the mixture is white and well frothy, the so-called “whipped eggs.”
\nAdd the philadelphia<\/strong> and seed oil<\/strong>, stirring from the top down to prevent the eggs from disassembling.
