BENEFITS DRIED ROSEMARY

RECIPES: ROSEMARY CHICKEN BREAST

To prepare this recipe you will need to get a boneless chicken breast.
In a well-buttered and heated nonstick skillet, seal the meat evenly until it is completely browned on all sides.
Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper and dried rosemary, take the pan and complete cooking the chicken breast in a static oven for 25 minutes at 180°.
Once cooked, slice the chicken breast and season with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and sweet paprika.
