Arancia Rossa di Sicilia IGP
The Sicilian Red Orange IGP Consortium is based in Catania and aims to protect, promote, and enhance the value of the “Tarocco”, “Moro”, and “Sanguinello” varieties, which, along with their different cultivars, are the blood orange types recognized in the production specification.
Limone di Siracusa IGP
The use of the “Siracusa Lemon IGP” designation is strictly regulated by European legislation. The IGP label certifies that the lemons have been cultivated, harvested, and processed according to rigorous protocols monitored by third-party organizations. The European Union granted the IGP label to the Siracusa Lemon on February 3, 2011.
HACCP
The HACCP system, which stands for “Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points”, is a set of procedures designed to identify potential contamination hazards related to the preparation and preservation of food. This system makes it possible to trace the phases of the process where hazards can be more effectively controlled, in order to eliminate them or reduce them to an acceptable level (Critical Control Points, CCP).
