INGREDIENTS

  • 450 ml of water
  • 10 grams of ginger root
  • one untreated lemon
  • honey to taste

Wash the lemon and slice it without removing the peel (make sure the lemon is untreated); peel the ginger and slice it. In a previously sterilized jar, pour honey and then add the ginger and lemon. Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days; after this time has elapsed, boil water and dissolve a tablespoon of the contents of the jar in hot water.
