Extra Red Oranges Marmalade is made from our local "tarocco" and "moro" oranges, typical of our beautiful territory. Juice and peel of blood oranges and sugar, nothing else. This very fresh and fragrant marmalade is made with very few but genuine ingredients and is completely natural.

RECIPES: PANCAKES WITH BLOOD ORANGE MARMALADE FILLING

To make this tasty jam the star you will simply need to use it as a filling for fluffy pancakes. First prepare the pancake batter: flour, eggs, sugar, milk and a packet of baking powder. Heat a nonstick pan with a knob of butter and pour in a ladleful of batter until it covers the entire diameter. Cook the pancake on both sides and place a spoonful of our jam in the center. After about ten seconds, top with another ladleful of dough so that the filling is covered, cook well and then turn to complete cooking. Serve in a flat dish with a little whipped cream on top or with a drizzle of wildflower honey warmed in a bain-marie, cut and enjoy this delicious stuffed pancake!
