With our Cream of Pistachios, it is possible to make delicious and very fresh ice cream without the aid of an ice cream maker.
First you need to create a simple syrup with sugar and water.
Once cooled, combine the syrup with the cream and milk and pour the mixture into a silicone mold to be placed in the freezer overnight.
After the night has passed, you need to take the frozen cubes of mixture and transfer them to a food processor with a couple of generous spoonfuls of Pistachio Cream.
Blend everything together and once you get the creaminess you like, transfer to a bowl and place in the freezer for about six hours before you can eat it for the first time.
And there you have your homemade ice cream ready!
