RECIPES: FRISELLE WITH TUNA AND CHERRY TOMATOES

An easy, fresh and summery dish that will accompany you on summer evenings. To prepare this very tasty recipe you will need very few ingredients. After soaking the Apulian frisella with some fresh water, you will simply season it to your liking. We recommend topping the frisella with a salad of cherry tomatoes, pitted black olives and capers. On top arrange a fillet of our tuna fish and finish with a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
