RECIPES: TUNA AND ONION PAN PIZZA

First prepare the dough with 150 g of 00 flour, 90 ml of cold water, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, salt and a sachet of instant yeast for savory pies. Place the dough in an oiled nonstick pan anyway and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat with the lid on. Season the pizza with tomato puree, more extra virgin olive oil, red onion and with our Mediterranean Tuna. Cover with the lid and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, unmold and serve on a cutting board with another drizzle of oil.
