Once caught and brought to our production facility, the anchovies are immediately processed and preserved initially in traditional salt tins and then packaged in jars in oil.

RECIPES: ANCHOVY CROSTINI

Only a few ingredients will be needed to prepare this tasty appetizer and/or aperitif.
It starts initially by toasting slices of bread, preferably a baguette.
Once the bread is toasted, it will be sufficient to assemble the crostini.
On the base place a generous spoonful of stracciatella di burrata cheese.
Next place some chopped desalted cherry tomatoes and a few basil leaves on it.
Finally top with one of our anchovies in oil and a generous drizzle of olive oil.
