RECIPES: ALMOND SPUMONE

To prepare this dessert by the glass, start by whipping about half a liter of cream to stiff peaks. Then add 200 g of mascarpone, a small glass of Rum, a tablespoon of honey and mix from the bottom up so as not to disassemble the cream. After obtaining a frothy and fluffy cream, crumble in some Almond Pastes at your discretion. Pour the cream of the glasses and place them in the refrigerator for about 3 hours before serving. Finally garnish with toasted almond granules.
