RECIPES: ALMOND GRANITA WITH ALMOND BRITTLE

To prepare this very fast granita you will only need three ingredients.
Place almond paste, water and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Operate the immersion blender until the mixture is clear and very foamy.
After that strain this mixture with a fine-mesh gauze to remove all the fibrous part.
Place in the freezer for a couple of hours.
Stir the frozen mixture occasionally to break up the ice crystals.
Finally serve the almond granita with some Almond Crunch for a touch of crunch and sweetness.
