Our dried Ciliegino is sun-dried naturally, as the ancient Sicilian tradition requires. The tomatoes, are carefully selected, cut and processed by hand and exposed to direct sunlight. They are excellent for flavoring a variety of dishes and are perfect in sauces, pizzas, salads or simply for making delicious pickles. We remind all our loyal customers that before using them, it is mandatory to have to wash and sanitize them.
