Sicilian Tuono Peeled Almond is a variant of almond from our land characterized by a very soft shell and an extremely sweet and delicate fruit. To ensure fullness of flavor, fragrance and aroma, our almond is shelled and immediately afterwards vacuum-preserved. It turns out to be an excellent product for cakes, flours, grains and semi-finished products.

RECIPES: ALMOND PESTO

To prepare this dressing, very few steps will be enough.
In a large blender pour our Sicilian almonds, basil, mint, grated lemon zest, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and plenty of extra virgin olive oil.
Blend everything together and check the consistency.
To have a smoother pesto just add a little water.
Once ready, you can dress any kind of pasta with it.
