To ensure fullness of taste, fragrance and aroma, our almond is processed and immediately afterwards vacuum-preserved. It turns out to be an excellent product for cakes, flours, grains and semi-finished products.

RECIPES: SICILIAN ALMOND PESTO

To prepare this dressing, very few steps will be enough.
In a large blender pour our Sicilian almonds, basil, mint, grated lemon zest, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and plenty of extra virgin olive oil.
Blend everything together and check the consistency.
To have a smoother pesto just add a little water.
Once ready, you can dress any kind of pasta with it.
