RECIPES: ALMOND CRISP

To make the almond brittle, you will first need to toast the almonds in the oven for a few minutes.
Next, prepare the caramel in a saucepan with sugar, a couple of tablespoons of honey and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Once the caramel is obtained, pour the previously roasted and blended almonds into the saucepan.
Transfer the mixture to a flat rectangular baking sheet already lined with baking paper.
Using a spoon, try to even out and flatten this caramel and almond mixture as much as possible.
Finally let it cool for a couple of hours at room temperature, cut and enjoy!
