RECIPES: HAZELNUT BROWNIES

First, melt dark chocolate in a small saucepan over a bain-marie, to which butter will be added later. Separately, whisk the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt. After obtaining a frothy and clear result, add the flour and then the dark chocolate melted with butter. After obtaining a homogeneous mixture, add in the previously chopped hazelnuts. Pour into a baking pan already lined with baking paper and bake in a static oven at 180° for 25 minutes. Cool, unmold and cut into cubes! Here are your brownies ready!
